Mico Rodriguez is known in Dallas for creating several iconic restaurants, putting an indelible mark on this city’s restaurant industry.

He is credited with elevating the Tex-Mex experience focusing on fresh ingredients,attentive service and modern decor.

His latest restaurant concept, Mesero, includes a menu of re-imagined Tex-Mex and Mexican dishes as well as American classics.

Starting in grade school, helping his parents who were working in the restaurant industry, Mico neverf orgot the importance of “good service.” In fact, Mesero means “waiter” in Spanish and reflects Mico’s goal for this restaurant to be of service to both our customers and the community.
